A shortage of liquid oxygen used by the city’s utility to treat water is threatening the water supply. This is a recent delivery of liquid oxygen to an Orlando treatment plant. The vapor is caused by the extreme cold of liquid oxygen, which is stored at nearly 300 degrees below zero. (Kevin Spear)
