The International Labour Organization and the World Health Organization joined forces to produce the first ever global sectoral report on gender disparities in pay. The report, The gender pay gap in the health and care sector: a global analysis in the time of COVID-19, will
be launched at a dedicated in-person side event at the UN High Level Political Forum to drive worldwide commitment to integrated policy action for gender equality, decent work and economic growth and good health and wellbeing.
The high level launch event will take place at UN Headquarters in New York on 13 July 2022 from 18:00 – 19:15 EDT, with light refreshments to follow.
