Schnucks requiring employees, vendors wear masks


ST. LOUIS – You may notice  signage up at your neighborhood Schnucks strongly encouraging customers to wear masks. The grocery store chain has updated its mask policy and is now requiring all employees and vendors to wear them regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status. 

The requirement is for stores that are in counties where the CDC considers COVID-19 Community Levels to be high. St. Louis County and City are at the high level. The surrounding counties are at a medium level.

These are the stores impacted: 11th Street, Affton, Arsenal, Ballwin, Bloomington, Brentwood, Bridgeton, Butler Hill, Charbonier, Cherry Valley, Chesterfield, City Plaza, Concord Village, Crestwood, Creve Coeur, Cross Keys, Des Peres, Dorsett, Downtown, East State, Eureka Point, Fenton, Ferguson, Florissant, Grandview, Gravois, Hampton Village, Kehrs Mill, Kirkwood, Knoxville, Lemay, Lindell, Lindbergh, Loughborough, Loves Park, Maplewood, Mason, Montvale, Normal, Overland, Pekin, Peoria, Richmond Center, Rockford Plaza, Roscoe, Sangamon, Shackelford, Sierra Vista, South City, St. John, Telegraph, Twin Oaks, University City, Webster Groves, Westfall Plaza, Wildwood, Woods Mill

Schnucks has posted signage at these locations strongly encouraging customers to wear a face covering per CDC guidance and will continue to offer complimentary facemasks to all customers at all locations.
