Los Angeles County public health officials reported 4,583 new cases of the coronavirus since Wednesday, bringing the total number of cases to 3,051,930 as of Thursday, June 16.
Officials reported nine more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Wednesday for a total of 32,245 deaths since tracking began.
There one fewer hospitalization reported since Wednesday, bringing the total count of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 605.
