Los Angeles County public health officials reported 3,547 new cases of the coronavirus since Monday, bringing the total number of cases to 3,272,097 as of Tuesday, July 26.
Officials reported 17 more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Monday for a total of 32,654 deaths since tracking began.
There were 39 more hospitalizations reported since Friday, bringing the total number of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 1,286.
According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccines dashboard, 76% of Los Angeles County is fully vaccinated.
