Los Angeles County public health officials reported 1,934 more cases of the coronavirus over the weekend, bringing the total number of cases to 3,587,829 as of Tuesday, Dec. 13.
Officials reported 18 more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Monday for a total of 34,352 deaths since tracking began.
The were 24 more hospitalizations since Monday, bringing the total amount of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 1,267.
According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccines dashboard, 77% of Los Angeles County is fully vaccinated with 21,078,929 doses administered.
