Dr. Marty Makary Reacts To CDC & FDA Authorizing Covid Vaccines for Young Kids: We’re Using Bad Data To Make Big Decisions

U.S. health advisers on Saturday recommended COVID-19 vaccines for infants, toddlers and preschoolers — the last group without the shots. The advisers to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention unanimously decided that coronavirus vaccines should be opened to children as young as 6 months.

Not everyone is on board and for good reason. Florida has opted out of pre-ordering a supply.

Guy Benson gets reaction from Dr. Marty Makary who says “there’s been a very sloppy data collection that does not distinguish kids with medical conditions, special co-morbidities from healthy kids. And what Florida has basically said appropriately so is that there’s no good data to support vaccinating healthy children. It doesn’t stop transmission.”
