In her IETA Bio video, CDC epidemiologist and IETA alumna Anna Satcher Johnson, MPH (CAPT, U.S. Public Health Service) describes why participating in the program was a life-changing experience for her. She completed her IETA field assignment with CDC’s office in Tanzania, serving as a Malaria Policy Consultant to the Zanzibar Malaria Control Programme. The experience instilled confidence in her both personally and professionally.
