Los Angeles County public health officials reported 5,763 new cases of the coronavirus since Wednesday, bringing the total number of cases to 3,118,053 as of Thursday, June 30.
Officials reported nine more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Wednesday for a total of 32,334 deaths since tracking began.
There were 29 more hospitalizations since Wednesday, bringing the total number of hospitalizations to 808.
