The CDC is warning that there has been a rise in melatonin poisoning in kids across the country.
The
CDC says last year the United States poison control centers received
more than 52,000 calls of children consuming high amount of melatonin.
That is a six-fold increase in what was reported about a decade earlier.
Most poisonings are involving children under the age of 5.
