The food company found the outbreak on equipment at a facility in Yuma, Ariz. and recalled packaged salads from that location and a plant in Bessemer City, N.C. in late 2021. Several weeks later, the company also recalled products with iceberg lettuce that came into contact with contaminated harvesting equipment.
