The CDC says cruise ships are now right in the middle of a Level two destination with moderate levels of risk. It was at a level three just last month. Even though the risk of taking a cruise is lower, the CDC still encourages you to get fully vaccinated and boosted before you travel, wear face masks indoors and then crowded outdoor spaces on those ships.
