3 NJ counties upgraded from substantial transmission risk to high transmission risk

Three more New Jersey counties have been upgraded from a substantial
transmission risk to a high transmission risk as coronavirus cases spike.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says Camden, Burlington and
Cumberland counties are now labeled as high risk.

Monmouth County and Cape May County are also labeled as a high risk area.

The rest of the state, with the exception of Warren County, is under a
substantial risk.
