Using data to improve health for everyone, everywhere: WHO’s World Health Data Hub

World Health Organization (WHO) published this video item, entitled “Using data to improve health for everyone, everywhere: WHO’s World Health Data Hub” – below is their description.

The WHO World Health Data Hub (WHDH) is an end-to-end digital solution to streamline data processes and improve access to global health data as a public good. This version of a teaser earlier published contains declaration by Dr Samira Asma, Justin Spelhaug, Innes Grant and Dr Soumya Swaminathan.

The WHDH allows Member States to upload and review data in a secure environment and provides powerful analytics and visualisation tools. As the ‘home of health data’, the Hub leverages digital solutions and technology partners to support existing systems and respond at the level of scale and security demanded by the COVID-19 pandemic.
